Royal Radiance Wellness & Spa is seeking a talented, licensed, and client-focused Esthetician to join our growing wellness team. We are looking for someone passionate about skincare, beauty, and helping clients feel confident while providing exceptional spa experiences in a luxurious and welcoming environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, exfoliation treatments, and other esthetic services.
• Perform thorough skin consultations and create customized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment benefits, and home care recommendations.
• Recommend and sell professional skincare products and services.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment remain clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Stay informed on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Support spa promotions, memberships, and special events.

Qualifications

✅ Current Esthetician License in good standing
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Knowledge of skin care treatments and products
✅ Professional appearance and positive attitude
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Weekend and evening availability preferred
✅ Previous spa or wellness experience is a plus
