Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and extractions to meet individual client needs.
• Apply eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients’ natural beauty while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Provide expert retail sales guidance by recommending skincare products and beauty solutions tailored to each client’s skin type and concerns.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, addressing inquiries, and creating personalized treatment plans.
• Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and maintaining a clean, organized treatment area.
• Upsell additional services and retail products confidently to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to ensure a positive experience.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or skincare specialist with certification/license as required by local regulations.
• Skilled in eyelash extension application, with a keen eye for detail and safety standards.
• Strong retail sales abilities with a track record of upselling products or services effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly.
• Experience managing front desk duties such as scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Knowledge of current skincare trends, products, and techniques is highly desirable.
