Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers to meet clients’ individual needs.
• Deliver advanced aesthetic procedures such as laser hair removal, laser skin treatments, botulinum toxin injections, eyelash extensions, and body waxing services.
• Conduct skin analysis consultations to recommend tailored skincare routines and product recommendations.
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized according to industry standards.
• Assist clients with makeup application, eyebrow tinting, hair threading, and other beauty enhancement services.
• Use salon management software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process sales efficiently.
• Promote retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and aesthetic treatments to enhance their results and overall experience.

Skills

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in skincare and esthetic treatments.
• Proficiency in using salon software such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, sterilization techniques, and safety protocols essential for aesthetic services.
• Skilled in performing waxing (including body waxing), facials, tinting services, eyelash extensions, and microdermabrasion.
• Familiarity with advanced aesthetic treatments like chemical peels, dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin), laser hair removal, and dermabrasion.
• Ability to stay current on industry trends and continuously expand your skill set through training opportunities.

Pay: $25.95 - $31.25 per hour
