Harmony Falls Massage Clinic & Spa is seeking a passionate, professional, and client-focused Esthetician to join our growing team. We are a luxury wellness spa dedicated to helping clients relax, restore, and recenter through high-quality spa and skincare services in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional skincare services including custom facials, Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and spa areas
• Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products
• Work collaboratively with our massage therapists and spa team to create an elevated guest experience

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Esthetician License
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and helping clients feel their best
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Experience with advanced skincare treatments is preferred but not required
