Duties

• Perform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliations, and other esthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs
• Perform clinical and medical esthetics- facial,waxing ,hydrofacial,microneedling,chemical peels
• Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to client concerns and offering expert advice on skincare routines and product selections
• Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean, organized treatment area
• Upsell retail products by educating clients on benefits and usage to support their skincare goals
• Conduct retail sales confidently while ensuring clients receive personalized recommendations that meet their needs
• Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and product usage to ensure satisfaction and safety

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license or certification as required by state law
• Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred; training provided if necessary
• Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while delivering quality treatments
• Passionate about skincare trends, beauty innovations, and helping clients feel their best
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude eager to learn and grow in the esthetics field

Pay: $15.00-$20.02 per hour
