We are currently recruiting part-time RI licensed Estheticians in Wayland Square, Providence!

Position Description:

• The Citron Spa Esthetician provides the highest quality skin care services and customer satisfaction in the spa industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service for guests in accordance with Citron Spa protocols and standards.

• Ensure that all Citron Spa standards for hygiene and cleanliness are consistently maintained in accordance with our sanitation policy.

• Communicate clearly with guests about our services and meet their goals/needs.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Flexible schedule (ability to manage time effectively)

• Ability to work as a team player and maintain a positive attitude

• Motivated to grow in the spa industry

• Previous salon/spa experience is not required, but is a plus

• Articulate, well spoken, and professional

• Able to deliver the highest level & quality of customer service

• Available at least one weekend day.

Position Requirements

• Administer all required treatments
• Generate sales and revenue by recommending and/or up-selling products and services
• Retain new and repeat guests to maintain a consistent clientele
• Rhode Island Esthetician license

Physical Requirements

Ability to :

• Stand for long periods of time
• Bend, stretch, twist without pain
• Use muscles for extended periods without getting tired
• Be physically active for long periods without getting tired or out of breath

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
