Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion to meet individual client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures and cleanliness standards for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to client concerns, communicating treatment options clearly, and creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and esthetic treatments to support clients’ ongoing beauty goals.

Experience

• Proven experience working as an Esthetician or in a related role within the beauty industry.
• Knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion
• Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon or spa environment.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and products.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetics from an accredited program is required; additional certifications in laser treatments or chemical peels are a plus.

Pay: $26.33 - $31.71 per hour
