Duties

• Deliver engaging classroom instruction on skincare, facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other aesthetic treatments using proven teaching methods.
• Develop and implement detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and industry best practices.
• Supervise students during practical sessions, ensuring safe and effective application of techniques such as dermabrasion, laser treatments, hair styling, hair extensions, and makeup application.
• Mentor students through personalized feedback, supporting their technical skills development and professional confidence.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and prepare them for licensing exams or industry certifications.
• Stay current with industry trends by integrating new treatments like aesthetic laser therapy, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and hair coloring into lessons.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages creativity, professionalism, and active participation from all students.

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare, massage therapy, hair styling, barbering or cosmetology.
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser procedures.
• Previous teaching or training experience in adult education or classroom settings is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to skin care and aesthetic treatments.
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles while maintaining industry standards.
• Excellent student supervision skills with a passion for mentoring aspiring professionals.
• Familiarity with current beauty industry tools and techniques such as hair threading, hair coloring, nail care, makeup artistry, and aesthetic laser treatments.
