Beautiful Wellness Med Spa | Clarkston & Yale, Michigan

Beautiful Wellness is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician / Front Office Professional to join our growing aesthetics and wellness practice.

We are looking for a polished, motivated professional who understands the level of service expected in a high-end med spa environment and is excited to build a loyal clientele while contributing to the growth of the practice.

Our ideal candidate:

• Med spa or aesthetic front desk experience required
• Must be willing and able to travel between our Clarkston and Yale locations
• Provides an elevated, concierge-level client experience
• Is confident recommending skincare, services, memberships, and treatment plans
• Is comfortable with upselling and cross-selling in a professional, client-centered manner
• Is proactive with rebooking, client follow-up, lead conversion, and relationship building
• Is motivated to build and maintain their own aesthetic clientele
• Can assist with social media content, promotions, photos/videos, and marketing initiatives
• Is polished, organized, dependable, personable, and self-motivated
• Has a genuine passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and exceptional client care

This position is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a boutique, growth-oriented med spa and take an active role in creating an exceptional client experience.

We are looking for someone who brings initiative, professionalism, and strong sales instincts while maintaining a warm, sophisticated approach with every client.

Clarkston, MI & Yale, MI
