Duties

• Provide a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and other esthetic services with precision and care
• Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail enhancements to meet client preferences
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or retail products
• Upsell skincare products, nail polishes, and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth
• Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly, relaxing atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
• Assist in retail sales efforts by educating clients on product benefits and current promotions

Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Esthetician or Nail Technician with current certification in body waxing and nail care procedures
• Proven experience in performing skincare treatments, waxing, and nail services with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within the beauty industry
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client needs
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a lively, energetic environment
• Retail sales experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for promoting products is essential
