Esthetics Spa Manager

SPA Manager/Esthetician Director WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SALES MINDED ESTHETICIAN WHO IS READY TO ADVANCE THEIR PROFESSIONAL CAREER. 

 Description: SPA DIRECTOR; Responsible for modeling behavior for the entire skincare team. This management role is responsible for mentoring, evaluating, training and leading the skincare staff; may also be responsible for the clinics staffing needs. This position reports to the Clinic Manager.    Job Duties:

• Perform our Skincare services which include: Facials, Facial Waxing, Microderm Infusion, Chemical Peels, Red Light, Dermaplaning, & More! *  Models exceptional customer service skills and adheres to all established clinic policies for the entire clinic staff to emulate.
• Sets the tone for the skincare staff and is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment.
• Conducts Esthetician performance evaluations.
• Mentors skincare staff in respectful and honest manner effectively communicating and helping to create success for every esthetician.
• Implements a training program for new Estheticians.
• Meet retail goals set per client.
• Potential to win Esthetician of the Year and be recognized at our National Massage Envy Summit

Job Requirements:

• Must be available 35 hours per week 5 days per week
• Must have a current Master Esthetician License
• Must adhere to all standards and policies specified in the clinic's employee handbook.
