Estimate Engineer/ Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Study tender documentation such as instruction to bidder, project requirement, specification and drawings and prepare query list if any discrepancies, error or insufficient information.
• Applied additional design requirement for any uncleared specification to complete estimation drawing.
• Making VECD estimation drawing for easy understanding.
• Collaborate with TSMZ designer to collect necessary design information for estimation confirmation.
• Take off quantities, and ensure that the specification and quantity are correct as per the provided drawings.
• Prepare the bill of quantities (BOQ) and pricing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering.
• At least 5 years experience in QS.
• Has computer skills, including MS Project, MS Office (Especially MS Excel), AutoCAD, Navis Work, Revit.
• Good communication in English.
• Capable of working in construction in the suburban area.
• Capable of working under pressure and able to coordinate with colleagues.
