Most new reps earn $20–$28/hr in their first month (base pay + bonuses), working 15–20 hours per week. Top reps who set more appointments make $30+/hr.

About the role
We’re a fast-growing residential painting company looking for part-time Door-to-Door Marketers. You’ll go out in targeted neighborhoods, have short, friendly conversations with homeowners, and offer a free painting estimate. No hard closing at the door – your job is to start the relationship and book the appointment.

Pay & bonuses

• Base pay: $17/hr for all field hours
• Per-appointment bonus: $10 for every qualified estimate you book (simple criteria we give you)
• Realistic earnings:
• New reps who set 2–3 qualified estimates per 4-hour shift average $20–$28/hr
• Top reps setting 4–5+ qualified estimates per shift earn $30+/hr
• Bonus structure is uncapped – the more quality estimates you set, the more you make

30-day earnings floor (guarantee)
If you show up to every scheduled shift in your first 30 days, follow the script, and don’t average at least $20/hr (base + bonuses), we’ll bonus you the difference. You do the work, we make sure it was worth it.

Schedule

• Part-time, permanent: 15–20 hours per week
• Typical shifts: 3–4 hours
• Weekday evenings and/or weekends
• We schedule in advance so you can plan around school, another job, or family

What you’ll do

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods around Vancouver, WA and the Portland metro area
• Start friendly conversations with homeowners about their exterior and interior painting needs
• Offer a free, no-pressure estimate and collect basic contact details
• Track your activity and appointments on a simple mobile form
• Work alongside a supportive team and get feedback to improve each week

Who this is for

• You can reliably get to our canvassing zones (car, bus, or rideshare)
• Comfortable being outdoors for 3–4 hours at a time, even in colder weather
• You like talking to new people and can stay positive when some doors close
• You’re punctual, coachable, and do what you say you’ll do
• Customer service or sales experience helps, but we’ll train the right attitude

Location
Vancouver, WA /Portland, OR and surrounding areas – you must be able to reliably commute to our meeting points.
