Estimating Administrator

PTW is hiring an Estimating Administratorto join our team in Nisku, AB!

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Assist Estimating Manager and estimators in Request for Quote (RFQ) administrative duties.
• Be the first point of contact for all quote requests received.
• Enter all quotation requests into SalesForce.
• Populate and retrieve information for RFQ bid forms.
• Type and format correspondence for quotation letters.
• Electronically file all incoming correspondence related to quotation requests.
• Receive Purchase Orders (PO's) and setup contract files electronically.
• Update the quotation ledgers.
• Oversee the prequalification process by coordinating with internal departments requesting information to complete the prequalification in its entirety.
• Navigate sites for online uploads and bidding.
• Document control and proposal preparation.
• Other administrative functions as required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role (estimating or construction/project experience preferred).
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, highly organized and ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Must demonstrate collaborative attitude in working with others.
• Exceptional organization and planning skills with the ability to coordinate a variety of priorities.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative as needed.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Visio, Excel and Sharepoint).
• Proficient in Adobe Pro or Bluebeam.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.

• Must have own transportation as location is not accessible with public transportation.
