Our client has been established over 30 years, is a diversified business and has a strong focus in development and building delivering residential projects across medium density and detached housing.

About the Position:

Due to growth, an exciting opportunity exists for an Estimating Manager to join the team in a key leadership role. We are considering candidates from other states that may be open to a relocation to Sunny QLD!

Supporting a large estimating department this role will be responsible for the following

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage workflow across the Sales and Production teams.
• Lead Estimating team recruitment and performance
• Creating master BOQ files
• Approving purchase orders and extra orders to site
• Manage workflow across the deparment
• Contribute to procurement and pricing discussions

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

• 5 years residential estimating experience
• Experience in an Estimating Manager position or similar within a volume builder
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders
• A focus on achieving targets and quality results
• Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications highly regarded
