What they need
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related course.
- With at least 5 years of experience in construction estimating and cost management.
- With experience in preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and project budget proposals.
- Knowledgeable in reviewing plans, specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
- Experienced in leading and supervising an estimating team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php520,000.00 per month
