Estimation & Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Estimation & BOQ Preparation: Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis based on architectural/civil drawings.
• Billing & Certification: Draft and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, RA bills, and final completion bills in line with contract conditions.
• Site Measurement & Verification: Cross-check site measurements with Measurement Books (MB) and approved drawings before billing.
• Material Reconciliation: Perform monthly material and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) reconciliations to monitor consumption versus estimates.
• Cost Control & MIS Reporting: Track project expenses, evaluate extra/deviation items, and generate Management Information System (MIS) reports for management.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Purchase/Contracts teams, and Finance departments..

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
