About Kirby South East Asia

Kirby South East Asia started its operation in 2008 with its 50,000 MT annual capacity plant in Vietnam. In its few years of operation Kirby SEA has designed and supplied various buildings in Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Australia, Bangladesh and Myanmar markets. Kirby South East Asia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirby International.

Responsibilities

• Receive WOF from design team leader/supervisor and perform the quotation accordingly
• Check proposal drawing from design support and send to sales the correct one
• Perform the detailed design when the quotation becomes job & prepare design sheet
• Provide design calculation if required
• Finish the work as defined schedule
• Discuss with team leader/supervisor for any particular case

Qualifications

• Graduated Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in designing pre-engineered steel buildings/steel structure
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Be proficient in design software: Auto Cad, STAAD Pro, Etabs...
• Be good understanding of codes: AISC, ASCE, MBMA, Euro Code
• Communicate English and local language proficiency
