Estimation & Technical Engineer

• Prepare accurate estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost calculations for projects.
• Review civil and structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements, quantities, and pricing.
• Assist in project costing, material planning, and resource planning.
• Evaluate project requirements and provide cost-effective technical solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding estimation and technical matters.
• Maintain proper records of estimates, quotations, BOQs, and related documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in estimation and technical works.
• Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ, quantity take-off, costing, and quotation preparation.
• Ability to understand civil and structural drawings.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and estimation-related software/tools.
• Knowledge of procurement, billing, resource planning, risk assessment, and value engineering will be an advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Candidates with Civil or Structural Engineering backgrounds are preferred.
