Estimation Coordinator

Estimation Coordinator – Printing Press & Advertising / Signage

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Coordinator with strong knowledge of the printing, advertising and signage industry.

The candidate must have excellent experience in preparing accurate quotations, calculating material and production costs, coordinating with suppliers and production teams, and ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining company profit margins.

The candidate should have good knowledge of:

• Offset printing and digital printing
• Large-format printing
• UV printing
• Signage and 3D signage
• Acrylic, ACP, stainless steel and aluminum works
• LED signage and LED screens
• Vinyl stickers and vehicle graphics
• Exhibition stands and event branding
• Roll-up and pop-up banners
• Promotional items and customized printing
• Packaging, boxes, brochures, catalogues and commercial printing
• Die cutting, foiling, lamination and other finishing works
• Material consumption and wastage calculation
• Installation and fabrication costing
• Supplier pricing and subcontractor costing

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates based on customer requirements and drawings.

Calculate material quantities, machine costs, labor, fabrication, installation, transportation and finishing costs.

Compare supplier quotations and negotiate better purchasing prices.

Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production and Installation teams before finalizing quotations.

Maintain updated costing sheets and supplier price lists.

Recommend suitable materials and production methods to reduce cost without compromising quality.

Ensure quotations are prepared quickly and accurately.

Review large or complex projects before confirming prices to customers.

Monitor actual job costs against estimated costs and identify areas where margins can be improved.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a printing press, advertising or signage company in the UAE/GCC preferred.

Strong overall knowledge of printing and signage production.

Good knowledge of Excel and costing calculations.

Ability to read artwork, sizes, technical drawings and job specifications.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Must be able to work independently and handle multiple quotations daily.

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Printing, advertising and signage industry experience is mandatory.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
