Estimation Engineer Civil

• Drawing & Document Review: Study architectural, structural, and civil drawings along with contract conditions to understand the full project scope.
• Quantity Take-Offs: Measure and extract exact quantities for concrete, steel, earthwork, and finishes from project plans.
• Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Prepare and compile detailed BOQ documents in line with standard methods of measurement
• Rate Analysis: Calculate unit rates for items by breaking down material, labor, plant, and equipment expenses.
• Subcontractor & Supplier Quotations: Send inquiries to the supply chain, compare vendor quotes, and select competitive pricing.
• Tender Pricing & Bidding: Add overheads, profit margins, and risk contingencies to compile the final financial bid for client submission.
• Value Engineering: Suggest alternative materials or construction methods to reduce costs without lowering quality

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
