What they need
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Executive to prepare quotations and cost estimates, monitor tender opportunities, and manage the end-to-end quotation process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and cost estimates for AMCs and ad-hoc works
- Monitor online portals daily for tenders, RFQs, and enquiries
- Maintain the enquiry log, tracking each opportunity end-to-end
- Review scopes of work and analyse supplier/subcontractor pricing
- Revise and resubmit quotations based on feedback
- Maintain quotation logs, pricing templates, and historical rate records
Requirements
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Computer proficiency (Excel essential)
- Excellent communication and English proficiency
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
