Estimation Engineer

WE ARE HIRING | ESTIMATION ENGINEER – INTERIOR FIT-OUT

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

- Take accurate quantities from architectural, interior, and shop drawings

- Prepare pricing and cost estimates based on the quantities taken

• Prepare accurate BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and quotations

• Review tender drawings, specifications, and project requirements

• Prepare detailed rate analysis and cost breakdowns

• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

• Coordinate with the design, procurement, commercial, and project teams

• Review architectural, interior, and shop drawings for estimation purposes

• Ensure competitive and commercially viable tender submissions

• Maintain proper records of estimates, quotations, and tender documents

Requirements

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out estimation

• Strong practical experience in quantity take-off and pricing

• Ability to independently take quantities from drawings and prepare accurate pricing

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, including joinery, ceilings, flooring, partitions, finishes, and related works

• Ability to read and understand architectural, interior, and shop drawings

• Strong knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD

• Experience in supplier/subcontractor coordination and material pricing

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

UAE interior fit-out experience is preferred
