Estimation Engineer

We have opening for Estimation Engineer for real Estate company.

Responsibilities -

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs (BOQ) from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Estimate the material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Prepare project cost estimates for residential, commercial, and other real-estate developments.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to identify the scope of work.
• Obtain and compare vendor/subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare rate analysis for civil, finishing, MEP, and other construction activities.
• Assist in preparing tenders and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, project managers, procurement, and contractors.
• Track changes in material prices, labor rates, and market rates and update estimates accordingly.
• Identify cost-saving/value-engineering opportunities without compromising quality.
• Prepare and maintain BOQs, estimates, rate analysis, comparison statements, and cost reports.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control throughout the project.
• Verify contractor bills and measurements against approved BOQs and work completed.
• Maintain records of variation orders, extra items, and revised quantities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
