What they need
Role & responsibilities
Prepare BOQ, estimates and quantity calculations for building projects.
Prepare RA Bills, client bills and subcontractor bills.
Verify site measurements and quantities as per drawings and actual work.
Prepare rate analysis and project cost estimates.
Check work completion and billing quantities.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and project teams.
Maintain billing records and project documentation.
Monitor project costs and assist in cost control.
Ensure accuracy of bills and supporting documents.
Use ERP software for billing/estimation activities where applicable.
Preferred candidate profile
ERP Knowledge is preferred
