Estimation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with strong experience in interior fit-out and civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quotations, tender submissions, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, design, procurement, and site teams

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, quotations and tender submissions.

Review and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings, BOQs and specifications.

Prepare estimates and rate analysis for civil works, interior fit-out, joinery and MEP works.

Obtain, evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, design, procurement and site teams.

Identify scope gaps, variations, discrepancies and cost risks.

Maintain rate databases, estimation records and quotation documents.

Conduct site visits when required and ensure timely tender submissions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in civil construction/fit-out estimation.

UAE experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analysis and UAE market rates.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and PlanSwift.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

Strong analytical, negotiation and coordination skills.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
