What they need
Prepare quantity take-offs and project estimates
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements
Prepare cost estimates and quotations
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain material prices
Assist with material and labour cost calculations
Coordinate with project and site teams regarding estimation requirements
Maintain estimation records and supporting documentation
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / related field
Experience in estimation and quantity take-off
Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Knowledge of MS Project
Knowledge of PlanSwift or other quantity take-off software will be an advantage
