Estimation Engineer

Job Title: Senior Engineer / Associate Manager Estimation

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for civil, finishing, interior, and infrastructure works.
• Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Perform rate analysis based on DSR, CPWD, and prevailing market rates.
• Prepare project budgets, tender estimates, and commercial proposals.
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations and support commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Planning, and Execution teams.
• Identify cost optimization and value engineering opportunities.
• Review estimates and guide junior team members, as applicable.

Eligibility:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in estimation and costing within real estate/construction.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Team handling experience preferred for Associate Manager.
