Job Summary

Sanvee Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with 5–6 years of UAE experience in civil construction and building contracting. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, and commercial proposals.

Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license and a Dubai Municipality (DM) approved license relevant to the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Prepare rate analysis for labour, materials, equipment, and subcontract works.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare tender submissions, cost breakdowns, and commercial proposals.
• Identify scope gaps, discrepancies, exclusions, and potential variations.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and technical teams for accurate pricing.
• Prepare cost comparisons and value engineering proposals.
• Conduct site visits and verify quantities and project requirements when necessary.
• Ensure tender submissions are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–6 years of UAE construction industry experience.
• Previous experience with a building contracting company is preferred.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) approved license relevant to the position.
• Valid UAE driving license – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction costs, supplier rates, and subcontractor pricing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity take-off tools.
• Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 6,000 – 10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Additional benefits as per UAE Labour Law and company policy.
