Estimation Engineer

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
• Conduct quantity take-offs for materials, manpower, equipment, and other project requirements.
• Prepare cost breakdowns for materials, labor, machinery, transportation, and subcontractor works.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare tender submissions, price quotations, and commercial proposals.
• Analyze project costs and recommend cost-effective construction methods.
• Coordinate with the Planning Engineer, Project Manager, Site Engineers, and Procurement Department.
• Estimate quantities and costs for earthworks, excavation, filling, roadworks, aggregates, and other civil works.
• Prepare rate analysis for construction activities and materials.
• Verify BOQ quantities against drawings and identify discrepancies or missing items.
• Monitor material prices and maintain updated cost databases.
• Assist in preparing variation orders, additional work quotations, and claims.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare preliminary and final cost estimates within required deadlines.
• Maintain proper records of estimates, quotations, tender documents, and cost calculations.
• Support project budgeting and cost-control activities.
• Ensure all estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project specifications and contractual requirements.

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
