Estimation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Estimation & Cost Controller to join our team, specializing in steel structures, car parking shades, tensile structures, tents, and related construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and competitive quotations.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare material take-offs and labor cost calculations.
• Monitor project budgets, actual costs, and profitability.
• Control material consumption, wastage, and project expenses.
• Prepare cost reports, variation claims, and budget forecasts.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in estimation and cost control.
• Experience in steel fabrication or construction projects preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and BOQ preparation.
• Knowledge of UAE material prices, labor rates, and subcontractor costs.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
