Estimation Engineer

We are looking for candidates with a Civil Engineering who possess strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to understand construction activities and prepare accurate estimates of materials, labour, and execution costs.

The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, Autocad - 2D and tender estimates based on drawings, site conditions, and practical execution requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and other project requirements based on drawings, specifications, and site inputs.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and technical and commercial proposals for enquiries and tenders.
• Read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare and review Civil AutoCAD 2D drawings as required.
• Coordinate with project execution and procurement teams to verify costs, material requirements, and execution methodologies.
• Visit project sites when required to assess site conditions, measurements, and execution constraints.
• Understand industrial flooring systems, construction materials, work sequences, and labour productivity to ensure practical and accurate estimations.
