Estimation Engineer ELV/BMS

• Study tender documents, specifications, drawings and BOQs.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs and material estimates.
• Prepare project costing and techno-commercial quotations.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and OEMs.
• Coordinate with design, projects, procurement and sales teams for technical and commercial inputs.
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, deviations and additional requirements.
• Prepare compliance statements and technical submissions.
• Conduct rate analysis and support value engineering and cost optimisation.
• Maintain estimation records, vendor quotations and project costing databases.
