KEYNES CONSTRUCTIONS AND INTERIORS L.L.C – Dubai
We are looking for an Estimation Engineer – Fit-Out with a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in fit-out estimation.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and tender preparation.
- Experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Ability to handle client emails, coordinate with clients, and follow up on project and tender requirements.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
