- Performs Cost Estimation
- Overall Contracts Administration
- Receive & Prepare Tender Submission
- Compile Costing & Obtain Quotations
- Sourcing & Solicit Special Material/Services Supply
- Attend KOM/PIM
- Attend Tender Negotiation (Technical/Commercial)
- Manage and Submit Variation Orders
- Perform Material Take-Off/Measurement/Quantity Surveying
- Maintains/Establish Individual Project Costing
- Attend To Claim Evaluation
- Prepares and Submits Claims
- Solicit and Prospecting Clients
Requirements and skills
- Min 10 years of experience in estimation/costing/construction for mechanical equipment fabrication works
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- Well verse with mechanical drawing interpretation & costing requirements
- Experience in contracts/costing/estimation in mechanical discipline particularly in the Oil & Gas field
- Knowledge of ASME Code
- Knowledge in Pressure retaining equipment design
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and good communicational skills
