Estimation Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified Estimation Manager to lead tendering, cost estimation, and pricing activities for our Oman branch.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
● Minimum 12 years of experience in estimation and tendering for building construction projects.
● Excellent knowledge of Oman's construction market rates, including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
● Proven experience in preparing competitive tenders, BOQs, detailed cost estimates, and rate analyses.
● Strong understanding of construction methodologies, value engineering, and contractual risks.
● Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the complete tendering and estimation process.
● Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and negotiate competitive rates.
●Develop and maintain a reliable local market pricing database.
●Advise management on bidding strategies, project costs, and profitability.

Pay: From RO1,500.000 per month
