Lead the complete tendering and estimation process.
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and negotiate competitive rates.
Develop and maintain a reliable local market pricing database.
Advise management on bidding strategies, project costs, and profitability.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 12 years of experience in estimation and tendering for building construction projects.
Excellent knowledge of Oman's construction market rates, including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
Proven experience in preparing competitive tenders, BOQs, detailed cost estimates, and rate analyses.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, value engineering, and contractual risks.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
