What they need
- Conduct preliminary and detailed cost estimations for construction projects.
- Analyze working drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents to develop accurate cost calculations.
- Compare and evaluate price proposals from contractors and vendors.
- Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from the owner’s perspective.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams for cost validation.
- Ensure that all cost estimates comply with the company’s budgeting standards and policies.
- Provide cost analysis reports and recommendations to management.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Interior Design or Architecture
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in retail store construction, specifically in the role of Interior Designer
- Language: Indonesian and English
