- Generate detailed and accurate cost estimates across various projects.

- Proficiency in computer-based estimating systems, including On-Screen Takeoff and similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing systems; experience in mechanical insulation is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and listening skills to understand client and project requirements.
