The Role

You will join the company at an exciting time, within a strong region and with a positive market position. Reporting to the Office Manager and based in Christchurch, you will be a key member of the team.

Working semi-autonomously, you will be process-oriented and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural plans with accuracy

• Generate precise, high-quality estimates for our customer base

• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication

• Contribute to a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement

About You

Experience in the building sector, along with a solid understanding of construction processes and product knowledge, is highly desirable and would be a strong advantage.

While direct experience with doors is not essential, it would be beneficial. More importantly, you will bring ambition, a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a growth mindset. Strong attention to detail will be one of your key strengths.
