Key Qualifications:
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years relevant experience
- PRC license preferred but not required
- Background in construction, mechanical systems, and project management
- Skilled in drawings, estimation, budgeting, and resource planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance
- Problem-solving mindset, able to work under pressure
- Willing to work on-site
- Can start immediately
