Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Estimator to join our team. This role involves interpreting residential construction drawings, preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and generating accurate quotations based on set rate structures. The Estimator will play an essential role in providing solutions to clients and working closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret residential construction drawings to establish wall types and exterior finishes.
• Measure quantities and compile them into a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations using our software, based on predefined rate structures.
• Revise quotations as required to accommodate client feedback or design changes.
• Communicate with clients via email to discuss options, project progress, and clarify details.
• Be adaptable and open to using different estimating software platforms based on your expertise.
• Collaborate with our friendly and motivated team, contributing to a positive and solutions-oriented work environment.

About You:
We are seeking a professional, client-focused Estimator who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating for the construction industry, with particular experience in cladding and rendering highly regarded.

Position Requirements:

• Successfully passed the PRC Board Exam for Civil Engineers.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Estimator (essential).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with estimating software.
• Experience in cladding and rendering is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet tight project deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
