Our companies, HDS Ltd in Huntly and Indoorz Ltd in Takanini provide a range of Internal Doors solutions, we also manufacture and install Stairs and Hardware. In the past 3 years HDS has grown into NZ’s largest internal door pre-hanger and more recently a major disruptor in the stair and installation markets. At our peak we achieved over 40,000 manufactured and delivered doors and close to 700 flights of stairs. We achieved this via our retail customers, builders and the architectural profession.

Key responsibilities:

• Completing residential and commercial estimating and pricing based on provided plans and information.
• Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing for non-standard or custom items within plans.
• Completing take-offs and scope interpretation for residential and commercial projects.
• Review & Analyse Tenders. Ensuring all aspects are accounted for while providing technical assistance our customers.
• Working as part of a collaborative workflow with the wider Sales team.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

·         Experience in estimating or a similar technical role within the construction industry

·         Commercial and residential construction experience essential

·         Sound knowledge of building codes and project management practices

·         A track record that resonates with our values

·         Ability to read and understand technical drawings

·         Strong computer-based skills, particularly in programmes like Excel

·         Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
