Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Lead Estimator to work on a contract basis to support critical project delivery. The role involves overseeing cost analysis and bid preparation for large-scale infrastructure projects. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

• Review blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to identify cost drivers and potential risks.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather and validate pricing data.

• Prepare and present bid proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and budget constraints.

• Monitor market trends and material costs to refine estimation methodologies and improve accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.

• Proficiency in estimating software such as Procore, PlanSwift, or similar tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present findings clearly.

• Experience working with commercial construction or infrastructure projects is required.
