We are seeking an Office Manager & Estimator to join our team. This role involves supporting customers, coordinating with production, and managing office operations. Prior ERP or quoting software experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk-in customers with product knowledge, pricing, and orders.
• Quoting & Orders: Build customer quotes and process orders for roofing and siding projects.
• Billing & Invoicing: Handle billing, invoicing, and order processing.
• Production Coordination: Work closely with production and scheduling teams to ensure smooth operations.
