To be successful you must have the following:

• Previous experience as an Estimator within commercial building
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, subcontractor pricing and project risk
• Experience pricing projects from $5M – $50M+
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and services documentation
• Experience with CostX & Buildsoft highly regarded
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
• A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a similar discipline will be highly regarded
