About the Role

In this role, yourkey responsibilities will include:

• Sales Estimating
• Tender Management
• Production Estimating
• Purchase order creation and management
• Take-offs
• Obtaining quotes
• Maintaining relationships and negotiating with trades and suppliers
• Complete pre-construction estimating plan checks
• Liaise with site supervisors, drafting, internal and external stakeholders
• Establishing systems to assist with estimating and internal business processes.
• Monitoring job profitability and manage budgets

About you:

This role is suited to someone who is driven, with attention to detail, and is numbers focused. Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and liaising regularly with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers. This role is most suited for someone willing to make it their own, take on responsibility, and play a key role in the business. Past estimating or engineering experience is favorable. All necessary training will be provided for the successful candidate. This role is based in Mount Gravatt, QLD.
