- Teknik Sipil
- Manajemen Konstruksi
- Arsitektur atau Teknik Mesin
- Akuntansi / Ilmu Terkait (untuk analisis biaya)
Keterampilan Teknis (Hard Skills)
- Membaca Gambar Teknik: Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar kerja, denah, potongan, serta spesifikasi teknis proyek.
- Analisis Harga Satuan (AHS): Memahami cara menghitung kebutuhan bahan, upah kerja, dan peralatan.
- Menyusun RAB & Bill of Quantity (BQ): Mahir membuat Rencana Anggaran Biaya dan daftar kuantitas pekerjaan.
- Penguasaan Software: Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Excel tingkat lanjut serta aplikasi pendukung seperti AutoCAD atau software estimasi khusus.
