Project Estimator – Healthcare Construction

Location: Manhattan, New York

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are working with a well-established General Contractor in Manhattan specializing in healthcare residential construction. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Develop budgets, bid packages, and scopes of work
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
• Identify scope gaps and provide cost analysis
• Support preconstruction and value engineering efforts
• Collaborate with project management and leadership teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Estimator with a General Contractor
• Strong experience with healthcare construction projects
• Ability to manage estimates from concept through GMP
• Knowledge of Manhattan / NYC construction market
• Experience with estimating software and takeoffs

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (depending on experience)
