Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hockley, Essex for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, analysing project requirements, reviewing project drawings and specifications, and collaborating with project managers and clients. The Estimator will also be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all estimates are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, reviewing Employer's Requirements, project drawings and specifications
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
• Experience in identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience as an Estimator desirable
